Sugary drinks are the fastest way to spike your blood sugar, which spikes your insulin (FAT STORAGE HORMONE), putting you in fat storage mode and onto the blood sugar roller coaster. But I know that water, tea, and black coffee can get old pretty quick, so here are some alternative ideas to add some variety and quench your thirst!
1. KOMBUCHA (low sugar brands)
Real great substitute if you are missing your glass of wine. Put it in a fancy glass and enjoy!
Make sure you check the sugar and that there is no sugar added! Aim to buy brands with 4 or less grams of sugar (CHECK YOUR LABELS)
